Smogon Ubers is the highest-power singles tier, banning only Pokémon that break the format entirely (currently Moody + Baton Pass combinations). Every legendary is legal including Koraidon, Miraidon, Zacian-Crowned, Zamazenta-Crowned, Calyrex-Shadow, and Eternatus. Terastallization is a defining mechanic — Tera Steel or Tera Fairy on already-powerful restricted Pokémon can make them near-impossible to check. Hazard control and speed control are even more critical here than in OU, since a single misstep against a fully set-up legendary can end the game.

Lead with a restricted Pokémon like Koraidon or Miraidon and surround it with wallbreakers that clear its checks. Koraidon teams often run Sun-abusing partners; Miraidon teams leverage Electric Terrain.
Stall
Ubers stall uses Pokémon like Blissey, Solgaleo, and Giratina to outlast opponents through recovery and status. It must account for Imprison-Darkrai and other win-condition strategies that bypass passive play.
