National Dex Team Builder — All Pokémon, Gen 9 Mechanics

National Dex is a Smogon metagame that uses Scarlet & Violet's Gen 9 mechanics — Terastallization included — but removes the Pokémon HOME exclusivity restriction so any Pokémon from any generation is legal. This means fan-favourites like Garchomp, Mega Blaziken, Landorus-T, Toxapex, and Clefable all coexist in the same tier. The National Dex metagame functions similarly to Gen 9 OU but with a much larger threat pool, making team building more complex and rewarding deep knowledge of cross-gen matchups.
