02Which Smogon tiers and formats are supported?
The format picker includes selected singles, doubles, Battle Stadium, VGC, Champions, and older-generation rulesets. Availability differs by generation. The builder scopes moves and mechanics using its format definitions, but does not enforce every species ban, item restriction, or tournament regulation. Check the current rules and validate the final team in Pokémon Showdown or the official competition platform.
03How do I export my team to Pokémon Showdown?
Click Export to copy your team as a Showdown paste, or use the .txt download to save it. You can paste the text directly into Pokémon Showdown's teambuilder. Import works the same way. Paste any Showdown team into the Import dialog and it loads into MetaMons.
