01Does MetaMons have a team coach for Smogon formats?
MetaMons has a built-in AI Team Coach that reads your full roster and gives you feedback on synergy, threats, speed control, hazards, and win conditions. It checks your moves, items, abilities, EVs, natures, and Tera types for the format you picked. It works like a quick coaching review before you queue on Showdown.
02Which Smogon tiers and formats are supported?
All major Smogon singles tiers (OU, UU, RU, NU, PU, Ubers, LC) plus doubles formats like VGC and Doubles OU. Every tier is available across Generations 1 through 9. Learnsets, abilities, and legality are automatically scoped to the generation and format you select.
03How do I export my team to Pokémon Showdown?
Click Export to copy your team as a Showdown paste, or use the .txt download to save it. You can paste the text directly into Pokémon Showdown's teambuilder. Import works the same way. Paste any Showdown team into the Import dialog and it loads into MetaMons.

The AI Team Coach looks at your selected format, your six Pokémon, and every detail of each set including moves, items, abilities, EVs, natures, and Tera types. It checks your type coverage, defensive synergy, speed tiers, hazard game, and win conditions, then tells you what works and what to change.
06Can I use this to learn competitive Pokémon?
Yes. The AI coach explains why certain threats break your core and what to swap. The defensive type heatmap and Smogon usage data show you exactly where the gaps are, whether you are learning a new tier or tightening an existing team.
